Sales Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet revenue, margin, and growth objectives assigned by the company.
- Implement strategies designed to capture market share.
- Recruit, train, and motivate team members to achieve results.
- Lead and deliver daily field prospecting objectives.
- Effectively communicate the vision, mission, and values of TradeStaff & Company.
- Review team members’ performance continuously to establish individual growth objectives.
- Facilitate effective sales meetings and interface with the team to encourage a proactive, positive, and successful environment.
- Maintain second to none customer satisfaction through effective communication and excellent customer service.
- Review internal reports including P&L, activity, and performance.
- Interface with the management team to resolve issues, assist in creating new opportunities, and achieve new goals.
Requirements:
- A performance driven leader with a minimum of 5 years in an outside sales management position within a high activity driven organization.
- Excellent sales and coaching skills.
- Proven ability to develop a high performance sales team.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and complete assignments on time.
- Sound business judgement and decision-making ability.
- Excellent oral, written, and computer skills are essential.
- Well organized, able to manage resources, execute a plan, and oversee day to day operation of the branch.
Compensation: $50-70k + bonus based on performance
